  7. Mountain pose inhale- exhale hands to chest -
  8. Forward fold to froggy
  9. Exhale to release
  10. All fours - cat cow
  11. Toes under - leg out - swing it wide over opposite leg
  12. Drop elbows - plank
  13. Puppy posture
  14. Spinx
  15. Move elbow in - grab other leg
  16. Walk legs through - lie on back
  17. Thread needle
  18. Cross leg over - shift hip - twist
  19. Windshield wiper
  20. Press up slowly
  21. Meditation seat
