- Forward fold to froggy
- Exhale to release
- All fours - cat cow
- Toes under - leg out - swing it wide over opposite leg
- Drop elbows - plank
- Puppy posture
- Spinx
- Move elbow in - grab other leg
- Walk legs through - lie on back
- Thread needle
- Cross leg over - shift hip - twist
- Windshield wiper
- Press up slowly
